  • Excellent communication skills to provide clear and professional guidance to clients.
  • Ability to stay updated with changes in visa policies and innovate processes accordingly.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inquiries about visa concerns and provide clear guidance.
  • Audit and check clients' visa requirements to ensure completeness.
  • Verify that necessary forms are signed to meet standard practices and deadlines.
  • Advise clients on strategies to improve their chances of approval.
  • Update clients on the status and progress of their visa applications.
  • Prepare documents for submission to embassy offices and travel agency partners.
  • Safeguard confidential records of clients.
  • Provide insights about new visa processes to facilitate innovation.
