Position: IT Senior Systems Engineer

Work Location: Clark Pampanga

Salary: Php 27,000 - Php 40,000 gross

Work Schedule: Shifting (Morning, Mid and Night shift)

Work Set Up: Working Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·         Graduate of Bachelor of Information Technology or any related course.

·         Have a working experience in Networking and database

·         Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, telecommunications, and cloud technologies

·         Have experience in Cisco and CCNA.

·         Willing to work onsite on Clark Pampanga.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Serve as the first point of contact for IT Services Support and Operations teams

·         Provide first-level incident and service request resolution, monitor availability and continuity of IT services

·         Coordinate with IT Asset Management and Audit teams to implement actions aimed at improving customer satisfaction

·         Implement technology migration and system upgrade plans for service-specific needs

·         Perform routine backup activities and ensure the redundancy of power, systems, and networks
