Wingman Group, a global leader in providing offshoring and business transformation services to the Real Estate and Property sectors, is looking for a Tax Accountant to prepare tax payments and returns for our company. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Tax Compliance: Prepare and lodge tax returns (income tax, BAS, PAYG) for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards.
• Bookkeeping Support: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Tax Planning: Provide tax planning advice to clients, identifying tax-saving opportunities and ensuring efficient tax strategies.
• Client Management: Manage client relationships, offering tailored advice and financial solutions for tax and accounting needs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise junior accountants and bookkeepers, offering guidance and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Compliance & Updates: Stay current with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary adjustments.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Australian Public Practice accounting.
• Expertise in preparing tax returns, BAS/PAYG, and financial reports for various entities (sole traders, partnerships, companies, trusts, SMSFs).
• Ability to prepare additional client financial information, including STP processing, TPAR lodgement, budgets, tax planning, and finance documentation.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
