Descripción
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings
- Manage schedules, prepare documents, and assist in daily administrative tasks.
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation
- Support office administration and operations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong time management, attention to detail, excellent multitasking, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.
