Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Metro Manila with some remote work flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, providing exceptional customer service, and developing training programs. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, managing sales accounts, and implementing sales strategies to meet targets. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare staffing agencies and nursing institutions to promote Mind Web Academy's offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to develop and deliver Training programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in the educational or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
