Sales Executive – IT Solutions

Cebu City | Onsite | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop new business leads through research, outreach, and networking
  • Understand client pain points and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations
  • Prepare persuasive proposals and close deals with confidence
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementations
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and seek upselling opportunities
  • Consistently hit or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Keep your pipeline organized and updated through CRM tools
  • Stay current on IT trends, competitors, and market shifts
  • Represent AWB at partner events, training sessions, and client meetings

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in the tech or IT space
  • A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail
  • A consultative selling approach focused on client success
  • Willingness to work onsite in our Cebu office
  • Availability to start as soon as possible

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with ERP platforms like Odoo, NetSuite, or similar systems
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Google Cloud, AWS, etc.)
  • Background in IT consulting or project-based sales

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental Pay:
