Descripción

•         Conduct sales activities in the designated region to achieve sales targets;

•         Actively develop new customers, expand the market, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients;

•         Stay updated on market trends, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions;

•         Follow up on sales projects, address customer inquiries and feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction;

•         Regularly analyze market, customer, and competitor information to suggest effective sales strategies;

•         Participate in sales training and meetings, and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals;

•         Efficiently complete sales-related reports and documents (e.g., Excel sheets and business reports);

•         Face challenges head-on during the sales process, creating value for both the team and yourself.

Requisito

•         Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

•         Preferably with sales experience in construction materials.

•         Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

•         Proven track record in sales or related roles (1–3 years of experience).

•         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

•         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
