Summary of the role: Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities to drive the company's growth in the U.S. market. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field and involves working U.S. business hours to effectively engage with clients and prospects.


Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively research and identify potential clients in the U.S. market through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

• Initiate contact with U.S.-based prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Market Axis Consulting's services and assess their needs.

• Evaluate prospects to determine their fit and readiness for the company's services, ensuring they meet predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking progress and outcomes.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in the U.S. to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to the U.S. market.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage U.S.-based prospects effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement platforms.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours to align with client schedules. T
