Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and physical files.
Help implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Organize and support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events.
Coordinate with agencies to ensure a smooth flow of HR processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of HR experience (internships or entry-level experience preferred).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
