  • Contribute to the digital transformation of project controls by leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with project managers, planners, cost engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  • Present reports and dashboards in project review meetings, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support for decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project controls, data analytics, or construction project reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros), and other data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or TILOS is a plus.
  • Experience working with large datasets, including cleaning, processing, and analyzing data for project performance tracking.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to filter noise from critical data.
  • Effective communication skills to translate data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in railway infrastructure or large-scale civil engineering projects.
