Main duties/responsibilities


Travel booking for several executives

  • Action travel requests from group travel mailbox (requires immediate action)
  • Booking of travel within the scope of our company Policies
  • Reviewing travel itineraries and liaising with travel agents to amend any errors/requested changes
  • Diarising travel arrangements in traveller's Outlook calendars
  • Actioning travel alterations


Ordering business cards (printed and digital)

  • Monitoring Admin mailbox for any new business card orders and requesting quotes from printer
  • Obtaining approval for quotes
  • Liaising with designer regarding dispatch addresses for cards
  • Ensuring designer invoices are sent to Accounts for payment


Ordering stationery for all offices

  • Monitoring ordering system for fortnightly (Melbourne & Brisbane) or monthly (other offices) stationery orders
  • Obtaining quote from Officeworks account
  • Obtaining approval for quotes
  • Placing stationery orders and ensuring goods are dispatched to correct office


Ordering merchandise for all offices

  • Monitoring Admin mailbox for any new merchandise orders and requesting quotes from supplier
  • Obtaining approval for quotes
  • Liaising with designer regarding dispatch addresses for merchandise
  • Ensuring supplier invoices are sent to Accounts for payment (with approval emails)


Ad-hoc requests from National Office Operations Manager and CEO

Monitor Admin mailbox and direct emails to relevant staff


Work Schedule: 7AM TO 4PM Manila Time
