Refletech Corporation is seeking an experienced and hands-on Mechanical Leader to oversee our mechanical maintenance operations and support production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment. Tool and die experience is a significant plus and will support our precision-focused production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanical and maintenance technicians.
• Ensure optimal performance and uptime of equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues across production lines.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Tool and die experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
