Descripción
- Prepare high-quality dishes for our patrons, maintaining the standards of SWNG Golf Lounge's sports and leisure environment.
- Follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean kitchen workspace.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely prep and service.
- Assist with stock management and ensure minimal food wastage.
- Continuously learn and apply new cooking techniques to enhance guest experience.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required, culinary training is a plus.
- Experience Level: Seeking individuals with 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess strong cook skills, knowledge of kitchen hygiene, and be customer-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Preparing meal ingredients, following recipes, maintaining a clean workstation, and ensuring timely food service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen requiring long standing hours, resilience to high-temperature and busy periods. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Looking for a team player with a positive attitude, dedication to quality, and a keen sense of taste and craftsmanship.
