Descripción

  • Assist with the setup, cleaning, and preparation of work areas and materials.
  • Perform manual tasks such as lifting, digging, loading/unloading materials, and transporting supplies.
  • Operate hand tools and light machinery as directed (e.g., drills, saws, forklifts).
  • Follow instructions from supervisors or skilled workers to complete tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the disposal of debris and waste materials.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support other workers and team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requisito

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
  • Previous experience in labor or construction work is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments.
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
