Descripción

Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or chat.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Undergraduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, maintain systems, ensure security protocols, and assist with backups and recovery.
