Job Title: Marketing Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: BGC


Position Overview

A Global Franchise is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy, enhance brand awareness, and boost revenue. This role will involve developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns, managing brand image, and spearheading efforts to increase foot traffic, private event bookings, and catering sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both marketing and sales, and experience in managing events and private dining experiences is highly desirable.


Preferably experience in Hotels and Private Dining and Highend Restaurants


Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor marketing messages to effectively engage them.

Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute promotional events, campaigns, and initiatives to attract customers and boost sales.
  • Oversee advertising efforts across multiple channels, including social media, traditional media, and digital platforms.
  • Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for social media and other platforms to connect with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to create appealing menu offerings, catering options, and special promotions.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and reinforce a consistent brand image and messaging across all marketing materials, online and offline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media contacts, influencers, and community partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Actively monitor brand reputation across social media and review platforms, addressing any negative feedback or concerns promptly.

Private Dining and Event Sales

  • Drive private dining room and event bookings, managing the promotion of restaurant's six private dining rooms.
  • Manage the sales process for events, including corporate meetings, private parties, and other special events.


Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, measuring key performance indicators such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Use insights and data to refine strategies and improve future campaigns, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or event management, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and traditional advertising methods.
  • Experience in managing event sales and private dining spaces is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
