Descripción

The Appraiser is primarily responsible for conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in appraisal, credit investigation, title verification, annotation and/or encumbrance of Mortgage with government agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Performs valuation of real estate properties/auto/machinery offered as collateral and performance of other appraisal related assignments
  • Determines the acceptability and renders a fair market valuation of real estate properties being offered as collateral not only to aid in credit proposal and underwriting
  • Verifies the authenticity, acceptability and regularity of annotations and restrictions on or made on of the certificate of title/s of property/ies being offered as collateral/s
  • Prepares factual, reliable and truthful investigation reports based on field credit investigation checking results
  • Monitors status of all accounts processed to meet the required turnaround service time levels and provide account updates upon inquiry of requesting units

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate management, engineering or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Advance knowledge in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent analytical skills, as well as written and oral communication skills
  • Result-oriented and work under pressure with minimal supervision
