- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, customer service, call centre operations, and problem-solving.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call centre environment with shifts.
