Descripción

Engage with customers through voice support to resolve concerns, provide guidance, and recommend solutions
Promote relevant products or services through upselling or soft selling tactics
Achieve sales and service metrics while delivering exceptional customer experiences
Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and team goals in a fast-paced setup
Maintain professionalism while handling escalations, objections, or complex queries

Requisito

At least 6 months of BPO Sales experience (upselling, hard or soft selling)
Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects (72 units for non-grads with multiple courses)
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level) Amenable to 100% onsite work in either Vertis North (QC) or Taguig
Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including graveyard shifts and non-fixed weekends off)
Comfortable in a sales-driven environment
Must be able to provide Transcript of Records or grades for educational verification
Open to discussing previous employment history (gaps, short stints, and reason for leaving)
