Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking and ordering supplies.
Follow safety and food handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
Handle food prep, cooking, and plating in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in developing new menu items and specials.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking areas.

Proven experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required.
Skills Needed: strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service, organization, and multitasking.
At least High school graduate
3-5 years of experience
