JOB SUMMARY:

This project-based Content Writer will play a crucial role in enhancing Healthway Medical Network’s (HMN) online presence by focusing primarily on the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized articles. While the primary focus is SEO content, this role will also provide support for other content creation needs within the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team during the 3-month tenure.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide brand stewardship by creating content that fit the principles prescribed in the Brand Book and aligned with overall brand strategy and objective
• Work closely with the rest of the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team to ensure all executions are seamlessly integrated for more efficiency and impact

CONTENT CREATION

_ SEO Content Creation (Primary Focus):_

o Develop and execute a content strategy focused on driving organic traffic to the HMN website through SEO-optimized articles

o Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and target relevant search terms

o Write compelling and informative SEO articles that adhere to best practices for on-page optimization, including proper use of headings, subheadings, meta descriptions, and internal/external links

o Track and analyze the performance of SEO articles, making data-driven adjustments to improve rankings and engagement

_ Supporting Content Creation:_

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the IMC team to develop content for various marketing channels but mainly for the HMN website

o Assist in creating content for internal and external communications, aligned with brand guidelines and target audience

o Support the creation of marketing communication assets, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, and print materials

_ Brand Stewardship:_

o Ensure all content created adheres to the HMN Brand Book guidelines and contributes to a consistent brand voice and message.

Collaboration and Integration:

o Work closely with the IMC team to ensure seamless integration of content across all platforms and campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any related field
• Demonstrable expertise in SEO writing and content optimization. Please provide portfolio or writing samples showcasing SEO skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and style
• Proven ability to conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
