Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales:

Lead the sales process by developing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and cultivating strong relationships with sponsors and exhibitors to secure deals.

Sponsorship Package Creation:

Develop and customize comprehensive sponsorship and exhibition packages, including professional proposals, booking forms, and fact sheets to clearly communicate event benefits.

Strategic Insights for Event Planning:

Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the event planning team based on industry trends, research, and market demands, ensuring alignment with event objectives.

Event Execution Support:

Support event execution by managing sponsor and exhibitor coordination, overseeing logistics, and ensuring all requirements are met for seamless event operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with teams across event production, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth event execution, leveraging collective resources to drive successful outcomes.

Post-event Reporting & Analysis:

Compile and present post-event reports that capture key metrics, feedback, and performance insights to evaluate success and inform future event strategies.

Active Participation in Team Meetings:

Engage in event planning and strategy meetings, offering ideas and taking action to ensure effective and efficient event implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Management, Entrepreneurship, HRM, Tourism or any related course
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Past sales experiences
