Qualifications;

• Minimum of 5+ years in a combination of credit, collections, AR and/or billing
• Clear experience on customer account reconciliation – client PO matching, payments matching, etc.
• Dispute tracking & resolution
• Experience on referencing shared workspaces for resolving open balances
• Support end of cycle process – sending accounts to third party collections.
• Account reconciliation and research
• Must have excellent communication skills
• experience in reconciling customer (A/R) accounts

College Graduate
