Supporting the month end process;
Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data;
Accounting Assistant;
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws;
Prepare payments by accruing expenses by assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements and reconciling accounts;
Check invoices for inaccuracies, reconcile accounts with the general ledger;
Prepare schedules and summaries of recorded transactions;
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records;
Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements;
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data;
Responsible for providing management with accurate and timely financial reports;
record daily sales transaction.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required;
Exposure to the automotive industry will be considered as an advantage;
Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
With experience is an advantage;
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures;
Required skill(s): Microsoft excel, Microsoft office, payroll, check vouchers;
Strong Interpersonal Skills;
Preferably 1 year experienced in – General Accounting or equivalent;
Processing Information.
