• As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing key insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities (KRA - Key Result Areas):

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial statement preparation in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Month-End & Year-End Closings: Manage closing processes and reconciliations efficiently.
• General Ledger & Accounts Management: Maintain accuracy in account reconciliations and oversee AP/AR processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of financial plans.
• Tax & Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits.
• Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Implement financial controls and streamline accounting operations.
• Financial Analysis & Insights: Provide management with key financial data and reports.
• Confidentiality & Data Security: Ensure strict confidentiality of financial records and sensitive company information.
• Bank Transactions & Reconciliation: Monitor, record, and reconcile all bank transactions accurately and timely.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
