ACEN Shared Services, Inc. is looking for college students to join our upcoming Ayala Group Summer Internship Program (AGSIP). AGSIP is a 6-week internship program, running from June to July 2025, designed to offer you a holistic understanding of our industry, immerse you in our company's culture, and provide the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals. 

The internship program is open to graduating students expected to take their internship during the said period, and non-graduating students who are pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Legal Management, Legal Studies, or any related courses.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Memorandum of Agreement and a Recommendation Letter from the university (for mandatory internship)

  • Must be amenable to report onsite in Ayala, Makati

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
