Descripción

 Receiving and Processing Billing

1. Receive billing requests from the administration department for various expenses across different companies within the organization

.• Categorize and allocate expenses according to company and type, such as utilities, internet, professional fees, etc

2. Preparation of Vouchers:

  • Prepare hard copy vouchers for billing requests ensuring accuracy and completeness of information

.3. Scanning and Processing of Voucher Attachments

:• Scan and organize voucher attachments for processing in Lark system.

4. Lark Processing and Fund Releasing

:• Process voucher requests in Lark system for Thursday fund release

.• Handle payment requests for different companies within the organization.

5. Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Update daily request monitoring in Google Sheets for all companies

.• Record cash disbursements in the monthly financial statements for all companies

.•6. Advance Management:

  • Follow up with HR, Finance & Management, and IT departments for unliquidated advances.
  • Monitor employee advances and ensure timely liquidation.
  • Prepare journal vouchers for advance liquidation and other adjusting entries as needed.

7. Vendor Management:

  • Release checks and necessary tax forms (e.g., 2307) to vendors through administration.
  • Follow up on proof of payment and maintain proper documentation.
  • Make necessary tax documents (e.g., 2307) for vendors with EWT deductions.

8. Payroll and Billing Follow-up:

  • Follow up on payroll reports to HR including final pay and mandatory deductions.
  • Follow up billing for monthly payments of vendors via email.


Requisito

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 year of experience in auditing and accounting

- Strong knowledge of audit procedures, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

- Amenable to working in Ortigas, Pasig City
