Descripción
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and provide strategic insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Management, excellent Communication Skills, strong Analytical Skills, attention to detail, Negotiation abilities, and experience with Customer Relationship Management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage key accounts, build and maintain client relationships, analyze sales data, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
