1. Core Teaching Responsibilities

Course Delivery:

• Responsible for the teaching of designated English courses (such as: Children's English, Adult Speaking, Exam Preparation - IELTS/TOEFL, Business English, etc.), ensuring high-quality completion of teaching tasks.
• Carefully prepare each class according to the syllabus and course plan, write detailed lesson plans, and prepare teaching materials and auxiliary tools (such as PPT, audio, video, cards, etc.).

Classroom Instruction:

• Utilize interactive and heuristic teaching methods to create a positive, engaging, all-English classroom atmosphere that stimulates students' interest and initiative in learning.
• Clearly and accurately explain grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other knowledge points, while designing diverse classroom activities (such as group discussions, role-playing, games, etc.) to reinforce learning outcomes.

Student Assessment and Feedback:

• Regularly conduct assessments of students' learning, including assigning and grading homework, and administering unit tests and mock exams.
• Record student attendance, classroom performance, and learning progress, providing specific and constructive learning feedback and suggestions to students and parents (if applicable) on a regular basis.

2. Support and Communication Responsibilities

Teaching Communication:

• Maintain positive and effective communication with students, parents (if applicable), and the teaching management team, promptly addressing inquiries related to course learning.
• Participate in necessary teaching meetings, research activities, and training to continuously enhance teaching quality.

Teaching Improvement:

• Continuously reflect on and summarize teaching experiences based on student feedback and teaching effectiveness, proposing optimization suggestions for teaching methods and content.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain good classroom order to ensure the smooth progress of teaching activities.
