Manage end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle administrative HR processes such as data entry, document filing, preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
Assist in preparing the monthly payroll.
Conduct employee onboarding training and effectively communicate HR policies and matters to employees.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of HR reports and data.
Support and participate in HR-related projects and provide additional HR assistance as needed.
