Job Description:

1. Lead user experience design, primarily responsible for web interface design and app interface design, overseeing the overall architecture of the app and ensuring the consistency of the app's style;

2. Manage the UED team’s daily operations, guiding the team to complete visual design, interaction design, UI interfaces, and related icon production for various departments within the company;

3. Lead the UED team in product planning, providing professional insights and collaborating with the product line to strategize business directions, including new product design, page creation, and product prototype evaluation;

4. Oversee the entire UI design process, conducting usability design and testing for each phase, participating in the planning of internet products, offering professional advice, and working with product managers to enhance product services;

5. Conduct research and analysis of market demands and business conditions, continuously updating products to improve alignment with the market, and increasing app user engagement and retention.
