Customer & Stakeholder Interaction – Serves as company representative, handling inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining professional relationships.
Sourcing - Source and manage manpower, warehousing, and logistics resources within the area.
Reporting & Communication – Providing updates to management and maintaining accurate records. Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency.
Problem-Solving – Addressing challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Operational Oversight : Assist in managing daily activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Other tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Superior.
Review and moderate user-generated content, ensure adherence to guidelines, and report issues.

Educational Qualifications: A diploma in any field is required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in content moderation or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and proficiency in online platforms.
