Responsible for the spot margin trading business, including but not limited to the design, launch, operation, and optimization of margin trading products. Leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behavior, formulate and drive user growth strategies, enhance key performance metrics and user conversion for margin trading, and ensure healthy business growth. Track market dynamics and analyze competitors’ margin products to drive feature optimization and experience enhancements, improving user satisfaction, engagement, and market competitiveness. Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve issues encountered by users during margin trading, thereby enhancing user experience. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the margin trading business—such as trading volume, user activity, and risk exposure—and develop and implement risk control strategies to ensure compliant and controlled operations. Minimum of 2 years of experience in margin trading at a cryptocurrency exchange; experience at a major digital currency exchange is preferred. In-depth understanding of market dynamics, margin trading, risk management, and financial derivatives. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to drive business decisions through data. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working efficiently with internal teams and external partners. Ability to perform under pressure with a strong sense of goal orientation. Skilled at breaking down objectives and driving project execution. Results-oriented with strong initiative. Fluency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
