Job Responsibilities

AMA Planning and Execution

Plan and host blockchain project AMAs (Ask Me Anything), including but not limited to platforms such as Telegram, Twitter Spaces, Discord, and YouTube.

Draft AMA scripts, design interactive questions, and ensure that the content is professional and appealing to the target audience.

Guest Coordination and Content Optimization

Invite and coordinate project parties, KOLs, and industry experts to participate in the AMA, enhancing the event's influence.

Adjust hosting style based on project characteristics (e.g., verticals such as DeFi, NFT, GameFi, etc.).

Community Interaction and Growth

Facilitate live interaction during the AMA to enhance user engagement (such as questions, polls, giveaways, etc.).

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the AMA and expand community reach (targeting over 1000 participants per session).

Data Analysis and Optimization

Track AMA data (participation, interaction rates, conversion rates) and optimize future event strategies.
