[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior HR – Global Crypto Exchange (Remote | Focus: North America & Europe)

• Proven experience hiring for crypto-native roles: Affiliate Manager, BD, KOL/influencer growth, marketing, ops
• Strong talent access in the U.S. and Canada (required)
• Hands-on ability to drive full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing
• Native or near-native English fluency
• Operates independently and effectively — no résumé-forwarders, no bureaucracy
