Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in performance evaluation processes.
Help with employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HR software.
Working Conditions: Office-based environment, with some remote work flexibility.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
