Key Responsibilities:


QuickBooks Management

  • Consolidate all company transactions into QuickBooks Online
  • Record and reconcile receipts, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date

Expense Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain and update expense trackers
  • Generate periodic expense reports for management review
  • Assist with budgeting and cash flow reporting

Data Entry

  • Perform heavy and accurate data entry for financial documentation
  • Maintain organized records for audits and financial reviews

Financial Coordination

  • Support the team with basic cash flow understanding and reporting
  • Communicate with the team through Slack for updates and task coordination
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting/finance role
  • Must be a graduate of BSBA in accounting, finance or similar course
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and cash flow management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Experience with Zoho is a plus
