Description

  1. Responsible for receiving user inquiries through online customer service tools and addressing users' concerns;
  2. Timely feedback on issues in the process, collecting and organizing problems;
  3. Possess strong business sensitivity, with a preference for candidates who can grasp basic business concepts and have some understanding of financial knowledge and experience after training;
  4. Brainstorm barriers in user experience, identify user needs, and facilitate problem-solving and process optimization;
  5. Able to adapt to shift work/long night shifts.


Requirements

  1. Strong logical thinking skills, capable of assessing the true needs of users;
  2. Proficient in both Chinese and English;
  3. Passionate about customer service, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive solutions to problems;
  4. Ability to effectively adjust communication methods and styles based on different audiences;
  5. Self-management skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
