Description
- Responsible for receiving user inquiries through online customer service tools and addressing users' concerns;
- Timely feedback on issues in the process, collecting and organizing problems;
- Possess strong business sensitivity, with a preference for candidates who can grasp basic business concepts and have some understanding of financial knowledge and experience after training;
- Brainstorm barriers in user experience, identify user needs, and facilitate problem-solving and process optimization;
- Able to adapt to shift work/long night shifts.
Requirements
- Strong logical thinking skills, capable of assessing the true needs of users;
- Proficient in both Chinese and English;
- Passionate about customer service, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive solutions to problems;
- Ability to effectively adjust communication methods and styles based on different audiences;
