Job Responsibilities
- Receive user inquiries through online chat, email, and online customer service tools, and provide answers to user questions;
- Timely feedback on issues encountered during the processing, and collect and organize frequently asked questions;
- Possess strong business acumen, able to quickly grasp core business concepts after training; candidates with financial knowledge and experience are preferred;
- Proactively identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and drive problem resolution and process optimization;
- Ability to adapt to shift work/long nighttime shifts.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Preferably has 1 year of customer service experience in the cryptocurrency industry or in financial and banking institutions;
- Possesses strong logical thinking skills and can accurately assess users' true needs;
- Passionate about customer service, focused on user experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem-solving solutions;
- Fluent in the local language and English;
- Able to adjust communication methods and styles based on different users;
- Demonstrates self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Work location: Outside mainland China, with preference given to Malaysia.
