Description
Finance and Accounting Supervisor [Preferred Non-Mainland Candidates] (Compensation Negotiable)
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for guiding and managing the company's accounting team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of daily accounting tasks, completing various financial reports and analyses, and assisting in optimizing accounting systems and processes to ensure financial compliance. This role requires coordination with internal and external audits, tax authorities, and banking relationships, providing decision support to management.
#Job Responsibilities
1. Team Management and Training: Lead the accounting team, assign tasks, set monthly/quarterly objectives, and regularly organize business training and assessments to enhance the professional capabilities of the team.
2. Accounting Processing and Reconciliation: Review original vouchers, prepare accounting vouchers, and record entries in the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers; periodically reconcile with banks and counterparties to promptly identify and adjust discrepancies.
3. Report Preparation and Analysis: Timely prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and write financial analysis reports and budget variance analyses.
4. Tax Management and Compliance: Lead the calculation and declaration of various taxes such as VAT and corporate income tax, follow up on feedback from tax authorities, organize annual tax settlements, and reduce tax risks.
5. Internal Control and Audit Cooperation: Establish and improve accounting systems and internal control processes, cooperate with internal and external audits,完善 audit working papers and reports, ensuring compliance and risk management.
6. Cost Control and Budget Management: Participate in the preparation and execution supervision of the annual budget, conduct regular cost analyses, propose expenditure optimization suggestions, and support business decision-making.
7. System Maintenance and Process Optimization: Proficient in using ERP systems such as UFIDA, Kingdee, SAP, promote the digital transformation of accounting and optimize reporting processes to improve work efficiency.
Requirements
#Job Requirements
1. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, or related fields; candidates with CPA, ACCA, or Intermediate Accounting qualifications are preferred.
2. Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial management, with at least 2 years of team management experience; background in multinational companies or group enterprises is a plus.
3. Professional Skills: Familiarity with accounting standards and tax laws; proficiency in Excel and ERP financial systems; strong data sensitivity and analytical skills.
4. Communication and Coordination: Excellent interdepartmental communication skills and multitasking management abilities, capable of efficiently collaborating with auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
5. Overall Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, attention to detail, and risk control; experience in process optimization and project advancement is preferred.

Experience in applying International Financial Reporting Standards;
Fluent in written and spoken English, capable of independently drafting financial reports in English;
