Algorithm Engineer (Risk Control Focus) Number of Positions: 2

1 Design and develop risk identification models (anomaly detection, user scoring, transaction risk prediction, etc.)

2 Responsible for feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment

3 Maintain and optimize the performance of existing risk control models, track business metrics

4 Collaborate with strategy analysts to produce actionable early warning groupings and risk labels

5 Support the iteration of risk control rules and strategies, providing data insights

1 Solid foundation in machine learning and statistical analysis

2 Familiarity with common anomaly detection algorithms (Isolation Forest, XGBoost, neural networks, etc.)

3 Proficient in Python and commonly used data science tools (Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)

4 Strong skills in data cleaning and feature engineering

5 Excellent communication skills, capable of translating algorithm results into business actionable solutions

1 Experience in anti-fraud/financial risk control/user profiling modeling

2 Experience with big data processing tools such as TiDB/Spark/Hive

3 Experience in online deployment and model monitoring
