We are a team focused on building the next generation of decentralized exchanges (DEX), dedicated to providing users with a secure, free, and seamless digital asset trading experience. Here, you will participate in creating a forward-looking DeFi product from the ground up, collaborating closely with engineering, product, branding, and community to drive the continuous evolution of the entire experience.

Responsibilities

 * Lead the user experience design strategy for the DEX platform, comprehensively optimizing product usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.

 * Deeply understand the behaviors and needs of DeFi users, developing and implementing experience design processes.

 * Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate user insights into valuable product improvement proposals.

 * Create user journey maps, flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables to guide UI design.

 * Lead and execute usability testing, user research, and A/B testing, continuously driving product optimization.

 * Build and maintain design systems to ensure experience consistency and scalability.

 * Stay informed about industry trends and explore innovative Web3 experience models.

Job Requirements

 * At least 3 years of UX-related work experience, with a preference for experience in blockchain or fintech product design

 * Familiar with user research methods, capable of independently organizing research, testing, and analysis

 * Proficient in interaction design principles, information architecture, and user behavioral psychology

 * Proficient in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Notion, etc.

 * A certain understanding or strong willingness to learn about DeFi, blockchain wallets, and on-chain interaction logic

 * Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities, adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment

 * Experience in complete product design projects, with a portfolio preferred

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in designing Web3 products such as DEX, DAO, NFT, etc.

 * Familiar with smart contract interactions and wallet integration processes

 * Ability to communicate and write documentation professionally in both Chinese and English

 * Data analysis skills, familiar with tools like GA, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.

 * English communication skills.
