1. **Database Design and Maintenance**: Responsible for the structural design of the database, table design, index optimization, views, stored procedures, etc., ensuring database performance and scalability.

3. **Performance Monitoring and Optimization**: Monitor database performance, analyze slow queries and resource bottlenecks, and perform tuning (such as index optimization, query optimization, database configuration adjustments).

4. **Security Management**: Set user permissions, data encryption, audit logs, etc., to ensure database security.

5. **Troubleshooting and Support**: Address database-related failures and errors, provide technical support, and ensure high availability of the database.

6. **Upgrade and Patch Management**: Manage database version upgrades, promptly apply security patches, and maintain system stability and security.

7. **Capacity Planning and Expansion**: Plan for storage expansion and capacity based on data growth trends to ensure system scalability.

8. **Automation and Scripting**: Write automation scripts to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency, such as backups and log cleaning tasks.

9. **Database Replication and High Availability**: Configure database replication (such as master-slave replication, clustering) to ensure high availability of the system and data synchronization.

10. **Collaboration with Development and Operations Teams**: Communicate database design requirements with the development team and collaborate with the operations team to ensure stable system operation.

1. Familiar with Linux system operations, with the ability to apply common commands and tools.

2. Proficient in disk management and performance tuning, familiar with IO baseline testing tools.

3. Mastery of MySQL 5.7 / 8 network protocols, capable of using network packet capture tools for decoding and analysis.

4. Familiar with operating system performance monitoring tools, possessing experience in performance tuning and fault troubleshooting.

5. Able to maintain MySQL MGR (multi-master replication), candidates with experience in submitting related bugs will be given priority.

6. Familiar with either TiDB or OceanBase (OB), candidates with experience in submitting bugs to the official team will be prioritized.

7. Capable of independently using, testing, and promoting TiDB and OB ecosystem tools, including automated deployment, security, SQL auditing, monitoring, alerting, synchronized backup and recovery, traffic replication, and other related tools.

8. Possess good operational habits in a production environment, able to clearly articulate key points and challenges in production changes and release processes.

9. Have a good habit of continuous learning, and able to present personal learning notes and growth paths.

10. Proficient in Python and Shell scripting, able to independently complete script development and automation tasks.
