Job Description
- Welding: Performing MIG and TIG welding on aluminum materials according to specifications and blueprints.
- Preparation: Preparing materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning.
- Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Quality Control: Inspecting welds for quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintenance: Maintaining and troubleshooting welding equipment.
- Safety: Following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaboration: Working with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Welding Experience: Proven experience as a welder, with a focus on aluminum welding.
- Welding Techniques: Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Metalworking: Experience with cutting, grinding, and other metalworking processes.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
- Attention to Detail: Precise and accurate work to ensure quality welds.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certifications preferred.
