1. Familiarity with the product architecture and processes of fiat C2C, matching transactions, etc. (Prior experience in Taobao, Alipay transactions, or the OTC industry is preferred);

2. Knowledge of fiat product solutions in different regions, adapting to local payment habits and regulatory policies, and collaborating with the business team to expand local partnerships;

3. Communicate with various parties including the business team, users, and the market to collect and analyze user needs, write product requirement documents (PRD), and drive the realization of requirements.

4. Work closely with departments such as technology, operations, risk control, and compliance to ensure timely product development and smooth launch, coordinating resources from various departments and resolving issues during product implementation.

5. Continuously optimize product features and user experience based on user behavior, market changes, and data analysis to enhance transaction efficiency and user satisfaction.

6. Assist marketing and operations teams with product training and promotion to improve market acceptance and user engagement.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields.

2. Experience: Over 5 years of experience as a product manager, familiar with the design and processes of P2P and Taobao e-commerce matching transaction products.

3. English Proficiency: Basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

4. Professional Skills: Solid product management experience, proficient in product design tools such as Axure, Sketch, and Visio, able to independently complete product requirement documentation and prototype design.

5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and coordination skills, effectively driving cross-departmental collaboration, with a spirit of teamwork.

6. Data Analysis Skills: Certain data analysis capabilities, able to drive product optimization through data.

7. Responsibility and Stress Resistance: Strong sense of responsibility and resilience to pressure, capable of handling challenges in a fast-changing environment.
