Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning and implementation of the RWA issuance platform, driving business execution.

Responsible for customer expansion, establishing and maintaining institutional partnerships.

Leveraging experience in RWA digital assets and the financial industry to promote product innovation and market development.

Job Requirements:

Professional Skills

Familiarity with the legal, financial, and compliance framework of RWA, with relevant experience in financial institutions or Web3 projects preferred.

Understanding of traditional financial regulatory systems, with the ability to consider compliance requirements in product design and implementation.

Technical background is essential, with experience in smart contracts preferred and involvement in project product development.

Language Skills

Ability to conduct meetings in English without barriers.

Proficiency in spoken and listening skills in Cantonese is a plus.

Overall Qualities

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to execute efficiently under pressure.

Ability to think independently and solve problems, proposing practical solutions.

Must be willing to work in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, and able to travel to Hong Kong for in-person meetings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with international experience are preferred.

Candidates with investment banking experience are preferred.
