1. Responsible for the standardized management of the entire R&D project implementation process, ensuring that the execution of the project is standardized and controllable;

2. Responsible for continuous monitoring of the project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks in accordance with organizational project management policies, proactively identifying issues or risks and preparing timely responses;

3. Responsible for organizing the orderly execution of work by relevant teams (product, design, R&D, testing, etc.) and ensuring effective cross-functional communication and coordination;

4. Responsible for effectively promoting project execution, identifying and clarifying the dependencies among various teams' work, coordinating efforts to enhance efficiency in project execution;

5. Responsible for the accumulation of organizational process assets such as issues, experiences, and lessons learned during the project execution, and thoroughly summarizing the project's experiences and lessons learned.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in game project management, and a deep understanding of the structure and processes of game development teams;

2. Positive, optimistic, and outgoing, with good communication skills and team spirit, capable of establishing a good team atmosphere;

3. Strong risk awareness, able to effectively identify development risks and implement risk responses, and capable of completing iterative development with high quality;

4. Strong execution ability and sense of responsibility, driving the team toward goals, skilled in summarizing and promoting continuous improvement of team efficiency;

5. Good ability to work under pressure, capable of promptly addressing various issues arising online and handling complex matters;

6. At least participated in the project management of a game that has been launched;

Salary and Benefits

1. Salary: 32k-45k;
