As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by developing strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring product visibility and availability at the point of sale.
Job Responsibilities:
• Visit retail outlets and wholesalers regularly to implement the territory plan.
• Manage the full sales cycle, resolving key issues in order fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales support to ensure a closed-loop process.
• Plan and execute promotional activities with retail partners to boost brand awareness and product sales.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and gather their feedback to optimize products and services.
• Conduct market research to understand local market trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations to the company.
• Monitor inventory levels and respond promptly to retail partner needs to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for submission to the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must be based in Oklahoma.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Experienced in B2B sales; experience in the vape industry is highly preferred.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for better serving specific market segments and liaising with suppliers in China.
