Description
Core Responsibilities: Responsible for driving the product planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of the gaming platform, integrating product design and operational strategies to enhance user experience and product competitiveness through user data analysis, market insights, and operational activities.
Job Responsibilities
1. Product Planning and Iteration
- Deeply understand the gaming industry and user needs, and develop product feature planning and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to implement product requirements, ensuring projects launch on time and meet quality standards.
- Continuously optimize product features to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
2. User Insights and Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze user behavior data and feedback to uncover potential user needs.
- Adjust product strategies and operational plans based on data analysis results to ensure product goals are met.
3. Market and Competitor Research
- Continuously monitor trends in the gaming industry, track changes in major competitors' products, and identify market opportunities and threats.
- Propose innovative product solutions to maintain platform competitiveness.
4. Event Planning and Operational Support
- Assist in designing and executing user growth, engagement, and retention activities.
- Track event effectiveness and provide optimization suggestions to support product objectives.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with marketing, technical, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth promotion and operation after product launch.
- Promote resource integration in cross-department collaboration to achieve overall business goals.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. More than 3 years of management experience in product operation or as a product manager in the internet industry, experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
3. Familiar with product lifecycle management and requirements analysis methods, with the ability to conduct user research and competitive analysis.
4. Strong data analysis skills.
5. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities, capable of playing a proactive role in cross-departmental collaboration.
6. High sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Innovative thinking, sensitivity to trends in the gaming industry, and ability to respond quickly to market changes.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Familiar with relevant policies and compliance requirements in the gaming industry.
• Experience in operating overseas gaming markets.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design, able to assist the design team in enhancing product interfaces.
• Familiar with Google Analytics (GA), Excel / Google Sheets, Google Optimize, FIGMA, AXURE, and knowledgeable in Python/R.
Salary and Benefits
