# Job Responsibilities

1. Business Understanding and Data System Construction

  - Actively engage with the business to understand processes and core elements, build a data system, provide data solutions, and drive implementation.

2. Data Analysis and Optimization

  - Proficiently connect and utilize third-party data statistical services like Sensors Data, and provide reasonable product optimization suggestions based on data models.

3. Data Product Planning and Design

  - Responsible for planning and designing data platform products, conducting requirement exploration, continuous iteration, and product planning and design work.

4. Standardization and Automation

  - Transform data requirements from various business teams, abstract product functions through standardization and automation, plan and refine data tools to ensure efficient and accurate data application.

5. Data Product Promotion and Training

  - Continuously promote data products, assist in enhancing the data utilization capabilities of various business teams, and increase the depth and breadth of data applications.

1. Education and Experience

  - Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in statistics, mathematics, or computer-related fields.

  - Over 5 years of experience in data product roles, with a preference for those with design experience in finance or blockchain-related fields.

2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

  - Strong logical thinking skills, proficient in data analysis and requirements analysis.

3. Communication and Coordination Skills

  - Good communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability, and a high sense of responsibility.

4. Business Understanding and Initiative

  - Highly proactive, able to deeply understand business operations, with a certain level of understanding of data-driven operations.

5. Collaboration and Self-Management

  - Strong team collaboration awareness and capability, self-driven, willing to take responsibility for the entire business process, and actively solve problems along the way.

6. Location Requirements

  - Must be based in Osaka (no Japanese language requirement).

# Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in data product management within the finance or blockchain sectors.

- Proficiency in using third-party data analytics services such as Sensor Tower.

- Skills in data modeling, automation, and data platform design.
